Assembly Instructions
The type of the screw needed will vary depending on the type of surface you’re fixing the glass clamp to (e.g. stainless steel post, wall, floor…). The Hexagon Socket Head Cap Screw (M8), shown below, is the standard screw to be used when fixing the glass clamps to steel posts. You may want to choose the correct fixing screw with similar dimension as this.
Below is a typical glass clamp application, displaying the recommended positions for fixing the glass clamps. However, some customers prefer fixing the clamps on top and bottom.
 Dimensions (mm) |  Min. |  Max. | |
 W |  Width of Glass |  500 |  1200* |
 H |  Height of Glass |  800 |  1000* |
h1 |  Distance between handrail and top of the glass |  10 |  50 without edge protection, 100 with edge protection |
h2 |  Distance between floor and bottom of the glass |  10 |  50 without edge protection, 100 with edge protection |
 h3 |  Glass edge above – axle upper glass clamp |  100 |  150 |
 h4 |  Glass edge below – axle lower glass clamp |  100 |  150 |
*Max. Size depends on glass type, thickness, and wind factor (when using outdoor).
** For safety reason, we suggest using the Secure Pin (supplied with your clamps) when the glass panel is fixed to the outside of a staircase and is overhanging.
